Our Review of the X2Cycle Child Trainer
Much better than a set of training wheels, the Child Trainer allows you to assist a child in learning to ride a two-wheeler without the discomfort that accompanies most similar devices, or the false confidence that comes with a set of training wheels.
Consisting of an angled metal bar with a rubber grip, the Child Trainer attaches and detaches to an X2Cycle Universal Receiver in a single snap. This elegantly simple device will help you guide your child toward acquiring the balance necessary to assert their independence—pedaling along with the family on their own two wheels.
The X2 Tandem Rack is a truly unique biking accessory that serves as a great follow-up to the Child Trainer. Once your child can balance well enough on his or her own, you can take them along on long cycling trips (on their own bike!) with the X2 Cycle Tandem Rack.
Note: The Tandem Rack comes complete with the Universal Reciever. If you already have the Tandem Rack, you won't need to purchase another Universal Receiver in order to attach the X2 Child Trainer.
