This is a great product. We went to the Oklahoma State Fair and were hit with a lot of wind and rain. Our son was tucked in nice, dry and warm thanks to the cover. I did tighten the fit some with a pair of vice-grips. The cover fits a little loosely so I pulled it tight behind the stroller and clamped it with the pliers. This made a very weather resistant bubble and it protected our son from even the hardest wind-blown rain. Highly recommended!

the only problem with this is that the area by the baby's feet is not waterproof and my son's feet were wet after he was pressing against that area. Other than that, it has worked very well. it stays together despite baby's effort to remove it!
